Mark Wood is a gift. He is passionate about his family. He is an incredible high school teacher & basketball coach. He is committed to growing into the best version of himself. He is doing what he can to follow in the ways of Jesus.
I am used to calling Mark Wood, "Coach." He was my assistant basketball coach between 1998-2000! I remember respecting the way Mark and our head coach Kenneth Troutt led our team those two years. They cared about our success in all the zones of life & knew how to motivate us into sharing our gifts on the court.
Over this last 21 years, Mark and I have stayed connected via social media, have discussed health & wellness many times, and have met up for an occasional coffee conversation. Mark's choice to evolve & improve & grow & heal has inspired me time and time again the last couple decades.
